Our Experience

Lynda founded All Counties Nannies in 1997 after working as a nursery nurse in a neonatal unit, running a nursery and working as a nanny herself. Both Kate and Lynda are also busy working mums who understand the pressure of trying to further a career and make time for family - we know how important it is to give your child the care they deserve.

Your security

All nannies are interviewed and have two references including one from their present employer and we meet every one of them in person. References are checked verbally in addition to the written form. All our nannies have a current CRB certificate and we recommend they have up-to-date first aid and food hygeine certificates.

A Personal service

It's important to spend time getting to know the needs and expectations of the client in order to find the right person for your family. It's not just a job it's a working relationship that can last for years if we get it right. We don't stop there - we are always available for advice and support, even after a nanny has started work.

Lynda Sattelle N.N.E.B

Lynda founded All Counties Nannies in 1997 after many years working in childcare. Lynda is not only a qualified nursery nurse, but has also worked as a nanny over many years and even established and run her own nursery. Lynda's mission is to provide peace of mind for parents and childcarers alike by striving to establish the right partnership of family and childcare for each placement.

Kate Sheffield

Kate joined All Counties Nannies in 2009 after more than five years experience in recruitment and team management . As a mum herself, Kate understands the importance of finding the right arrangement to suit the needs of busy working parents, and allow mum to continue to work or study without worry.
